In the spirit of the book, I participated by ‘translating’ and inviting others to join further. And now we also have a public annotation here for Chapter Two as well.

The savage irony is that the EULA for the book probably puts us in a dicey space here as far as all the sharing we are doing. Everybody who is participating has bought a copy of the book. The book’s premise is about sharing in a networked era, yet we are skirting around copyright law. Personally, I think the book and its ideas belong in usufruct to the living to adopt Jefferson’s phrase. Usufruct–a Roman law term denoting “use of the fruit”. Have at it folks. Participate already. Eat the apple.  [Hiss].
