Petty Reciprocation? No Such Animal

When I go to my friend Kevin’s blog  I almost always comment something in his blog’s comment system or I use Hypothes.is in the side margins, what I nickname “the hedgerow”.  I also have a special reciprocation that I create for him that riff’s off of the random captcha tool in his blog system.  In the first comment below the words you had to type was in “irk astir”.  BTW, I also riff off the word anti spam with a new word every time.  This time it was “antispamitoonery”.  Sometimes these are complete stories and others a barest hint.  They are always short.

First Blog Comment

antispamitoonery: irk astir There was an irk astir in the midnight black quiet. What that irk was cannot be told without telling you the rest of the story.

This second comment was a response to a poem and commentary he had posted for a shared space called Slice of Life  .  I suppose what I am trying to do with this post is to note that rewilding the routine of the antispam challenge is easy and worthwhile to fight the horrible focus theft that is quotidien life online.

Antispambloiditis: tire lame A kenning: once more I turned the key on in my tire-lame Japanese pony. It huffed a steamy breath, “Ready, sirrah. Where to?”
