One of my ‘crossover’ ideas has been imagining myself as a learning concierge. I share hospitality toward travelers. Most cultures have this as a core value. I think hospitality needs to be consistent and surprising. I want it to be that way if possible. Having a secret menu for your classroom might be a surprising crossover. Or might it be the living hell that the article describes for fast food workers.
If not that, then start considering ways you might cross over.
