Here is my work schedule for the fall, each class a pocket universe, a world all its own.  The boxes all examples of the semi-permeable landscape that is a college instructor’s world.

I say semi-permeable because you have to have ‘permission’ to enter into the archipelagos, the courses, the office hours, the online and face-to-face ecological spaces. No ticket, no laundry.
